Safety training EAS
Everyone applying for their first driver's license (EAS) must complete four hours of theory-based safety training. Safety training is not required when applying for subsequent driver's licenses. This applies to all driver's license categories, starting with moped licenses.
Risk identification training RTK
Risk identification training includes driving in the dark, driving on slippery roads, one hour of driving on the highway, and one hour of city driving.
Driving in the dark and on slippery roads is done on a simulator. Driving in a passenger car is done in a manual transmission Volkswagen T-Roc. The training also includes four hours of theory.
The training reinforces driving skills in difficult conditions. In addition, participants learn how to avoid dangerous traffic situations and the risk of accidents.
Risk training is recommended at a stage when the driver has already gained some driving experience in traffic and has a good command of car handling and control skills as well as traffic behavior. In practice, it is advisable to take risk training just before the driving test, once all other training has been completed.

You will also receive theory test practice, textbooks, and other learning aids such as level tests on your own devices.
You can complete the online lessons during the control room's opening hours, Mon-Fri 9am-9pm and Sat 10am-2pm.
Driving ban training
New drivers are subject to stricter monitoring than other drivers for a period of two (2) years from the date they first obtain their car or motorcycle driving license.
During this period, they may be banned from driving if they commit one or more traffic offenses or violations.
In order to prevent risky behavior by drivers, additional training is required before a driver's license can be reinstated after a driving ban.
The driving ban training covers risky behavior and its effects on traffic safety. The training consists of theory lessons, individual assignments, and group discussions. The training lasts four (4) hours and can also be completed online via a remote connection.
You can complete the theory lessons during or after your driving ban.
The police will reinstate your driving license once you have completed the training, submitted your certificate to the police, and your driving ban has ended.
